Timur Khromaev is a Ukrainian financial-sector executive, public official, and officer in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He has extensive experience in capital markets, sovereign finance, investment, and public administration. From 2015 to 2021, he served as Chairman of Ukraine’s National Securities and Stock Market Commission, leading major reforms and efforts to align Ukraine’s securities market with EU standards. Since Russia’s full-scale invasion in 2022, he has served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, where he currently holds the rank of Major and has experience in electronic and drone warfare.
