Kai Jensen-Kusk is Director of Strategic Partnerships @FS-ISAC to foster resilience in the Financial and other Critical Infrastructure Sectors in EMEA by partnering with public and private players of the Financial Industry.
He has 30+ years experience in risk management and its consulting for financial and non-financial risks on a global basis for Deutsche Bank, Deloitte, Bain & Company and currently the Financial Services Information Sharing and Analysis Center (FS-ISAC).

Kai’s functional expertise is Resilience Risk Management including risk methodology, third party risks, BCM and Crisis Management.

Cyber Resilience Without Borders: Lessons from the ISAC Community in Collective Defense
Cyber resilience depends on trusted collaboration that transcends organizational, sector, and national boundaries. Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISACs) have become a cornerstone of collective defense by enabling members to exchange timely threat intelligence, operational experiences, vulnerabilities, mitigation strategies, and lessons learned within trusted communities.
This interactive session brings together leaders from multiple sector-specific ISACs—including automotive, aviation, financial services, healthcare, and space—to explore how trusted information sharing strengthens resilience across Europe’s critical infrastructure. Participants will gain insight into the origins and evolution of the global ISAC model, the role of the European Council of ISACs in fostering cross-sector collaboration, and the current cyber threat landscape impacting European critical infrastructure.
The session will conclude with a discussion on the essential partnerships between ISACs and public-sector organizations, including ENISA and the European Commission, highlighting how industry and government work together to enhance situational awareness, improve coordinated response, and advance collective cyber defense across Europe.
