Isa Steijn, Senior Adviser & Thought Leadership Lead at Signpost Six – Europe’s leading consultancy on insider risk mitigation. With a background in War Studies from King’s College London and professional experience in crisis management, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to addressing insider risk. In 2019, Isa founded the Dutch charity GELIJKSPEL to help prevent transgressive behaviour in student life and the workplace, highlighting the importance of psychology and awareness in integrity and security matters. She is also the lead author of the annual Signpost Six Insider Risk Trend Report, supporting organisations in identifying and managing emerging risks through people-centred strategies.
