As managing director and founder of DG Advisory, he partners with exceptional organisations to optimise control room operations, enhancing security and protecting people and assets. Chris helps his clients streamline workflows, align technology with strategic goals, improve efficiency, and implement sustainable operating models that deliver lasting impact.
An internationally recognised expert in mission-critical control rooms, he has chaired and spoken at conferences around the world, sharing insights on operational excellence, resilience, and innovation.
Previously a senior police officer for 15 years, Chris has since held leadership roles at Deloitte, PA Consulting, and Sopra Steria, leading business and digital transformation, complex case management solutions, and business case development. He has worked with UK and international police forces, the Home Office, Courts and Tribunals Services, and Transport for London.
As founding vice-chairman of the International Critical Control Rooms Alliance (ICCRA), he promotes best practice sharing and innovation in mission-critical environments. Chris continues his commitment to public service as a magistrate in London.
