His background is in social sciences and policymaking, with 15+ years of experience in managing associations. Organising in-person events and webinars is the core of ETIS, so He is creating engaging agendas for members of ETIS, setting up collaborations and enabling trusted knowledge exchange amongst telecom security professionals in Europe.

Cyber Resilience Without Borders: Lessons from the ISAC Community in Collective Defense
Cyber resilience depends on trusted collaboration that transcends organizational, sector, and national boundaries. Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISACs) have become a cornerstone of collective defense by enabling members to exchange timely threat intelligence, operational experiences, vulnerabilities, mitigation strategies, and lessons learned within trusted communities.
This interactive session brings together leaders from multiple sector-specific ISACs—including automotive, aviation, financial services, healthcare, and space—to explore how trusted information sharing strengthens resilience across Europe’s critical infrastructure. Participants will gain insight into the origins and evolution of the global ISAC model, the role of the European Council of ISACs in fostering cross-sector collaboration, and the current cyber threat landscape impacting European critical infrastructure.The session will conclude with a discussion on the essential partnerships between ISACs and public-sector organizations, including ENISA and the European Commission, highlighting how industry and government work together to enhance situational awareness, improve coordinated response, and advance collective cyber defense across Europe.
