From Incident to Communication: Crisis Communications for Critical Infrastructure

Effective crisis communications are an essential part of organisational resilience and crisis management, as recognised by the Critical Entities Resilience (CER) Directive. In this interactive workshop, the Crisis Communications Network Europe (CCNE) will explore how communications support the response to incidents affecting critical infrastructure, from tactical communications in the field to strategic engagement with stakeholders, authorities, and the public. Working through a realistic scenario, participants will examine challenges, exchange experiences, and explore practical methodologies, best practices, and lessons learned. The session is intended for anyone responsible for, or interested in, crisis communications and resilience, and aims to provide practical insights that can be applied across a wide range of organisations and sectors.
