Over the course of her career, Omotola has developed deep operational expertise in airline reservation systems, travel planning, customer service delivery, and business administration within the travel industry — disciplines that depend heavily on the secure, reliable, and resilient functioning of aviation infrastructure, passenger data systems, and immigration frameworks.
